Audemars Piguet Service & Repair

Royal Oak cases are the hardest refinish in watchmaking: satin flanks and mirror bevels meeting on a sharp line. We do them by hand, and we will tell you honestly if yours has already been over-polished.

What we do with a Audemars Piguet

Every Audemars Piguet that comes in is assessed at the counter before anything is agreed. We photograph it as it arrives, put it on the timing machine and pressure-test the case, then write to you with what we found and what we would do about it. Nothing proceeds until you say so.

The work itself is done here on Westcliff Drive. The watch is not posted to a service centre and it does not disappear for months. Your old parts come back with it, along with the timing-machine readings, so you can see exactly what was replaced and how it now runs.

Services available

Audemars Piguet owners ask

Will servicing here affect my warranty?
If the watch is inside its manufacture warranty, take it to the authorised dealer. Outside that, independent servicing has no bearing on anything.
Do you use genuine parts?
Yes. Manufacture components and Swiss lubricants, and the parts we remove are returned to you.
How long will it take?
It depends on what the watch needs, so we do not quote a figure before we have seen it. You get an expected completion date in writing with your estimate.
