This policy explains what we collect when you contact the atelier or use this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect the name, telephone number and email address you give us, along with whatever you tell us about your watch. When you bring a watch in we record its make, model, reference and condition so we can document the work.
This website uses no advertising trackers. Basic, anonymous traffic statistics may be collected to understand which pages are useful.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, arrange an appointment, prepare a written estimate, and keep a service history for your watch. A documented service history protects the value of your piece and helps whoever works on it next.
Who we share it with
Nobody. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. The only exception is where a manufacture requires ownership details to supply a genuine part, and we will ask you before doing that.
How long we keep it
Service records are kept indefinitely, because a watch may return to us in twenty years and the history matters. Enquiries that do not become jobs are deleted after two years.
Your choices
