Terms of Service
These terms cover work carried out by MONTEVii and use of this website.
Estimates and authorisation
Every watch is assessed before work begins and you receive a written estimate. No work is carried out, and no charge is incurred, until you authorise it. If the work turns out to require more than the estimate covered, we stop and come back to you.
Completion dates
We do not publish turnaround times, because the right answer depends on the watch in front of us. You receive an expected completion date in writing with your estimate. That date is our best assessment, not a guarantee. Work that depends on obsolete parts can take considerably longer, and we tell you as soon as we know.
Our guarantee
Servicing carries a twelve-month international guarantee covering the work performed and the parts we fitted. It does not cover subsequent impact, water ingress from a case opened elsewhere, or normal wear.
Uncollected watches
Watches left uncollected for twelve months after completion, following written notice, may be disposed of to recover charges. We would much rather call you.
Liability
Watches are insured while in our care. Our liability is limited to the insured value agreed in writing when the piece is booked in. Please declare an accurate value at drop-off.
