California Privacy Rights
California residents have specific rights under the CCPA and CPRA. This page sets out those rights and how to use them.
Your rights
You have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it; to request a copy of it; to request correction of inaccurate information; and to request deletion, subject to our need to retain service records for warranty purposes.
You also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. We do not offer different service or terms based on whether you make a request.
Categories we collect
Identifiers such as your name, telephone number, email address and postal address. Commercial information in the form of service records for watches you have brought to us. We do not collect biometric data, geolocation, or any sensitive personal information.
Sale or sharing
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We have not done so in the preceding twelve months.
